1st of February in Saint-Petersburg at Mariinsky Concert Hall and 3d of February in Moscow at Main Hall of Moscow Conservatory. Moscow chamber choir in a collaboration with Mariinsky symphony orchestra, Russian national orchestra and an excellent quartet of soloists from England and Germany will surprise you again performing one of the most mysterious composition in the music history - Requiem by W.A. Mozart.
Olivia Vermeulen.(mezzo soprano), frequently performs on the concert stage at such venues as Philharmonie in Berlin, Konzerthaus Berlin. She was a member of the Opera Studio at the Komische Oper Berlin where she performed Zerlina in Don Giovanni, Linetta in The Love for Three Oranges, Daphnis in Queen of Spades. Olivia Vermeulen collaborated with conductors such as Alessandro de Marchi, Andreas Spering, Michael Sanderling, Emilio Pomarico, and Carl St. Clair.
Joanne Lunn(soprano) studied at the Royal College of Music in London, where she was awarded the prestigious Tagore Gold Medal. In concert, Joanne has performed in Bach’s St Matthew Passion with the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment conducted by Sir Roger Norrington, for the Musik Podium Stuttgart conducted by Frieder Bernius, with the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra and with the LSO at the Barbican Hall. She has appeared as soloist in Messiah in the Halle Handel Festival, at St. Mark’s Venice, and with Bach Collegium Japan conducted by Masaaki Suzuki, as well as in Handel’s L’Allegro and Haydn’s.
James Gilchrists (tenor), his concert appearances include The Seasons and Damon Acis and Galatea (BBC Proms), Bach Cantatas (Monteverdi Choir Bach Pilgrimage and Bach Collegium Japan). His imaginative programming has been heard in major recital venues including the Wigmore Hall, Aldeburgh and Perth Concert Halls. James Gilchrist performs regularly with Anna Tilbrook, Julius Drake and harpist Alison Nicholls. Amongst his many recordings are title role Albert Herring and Vaughan William’s A Poisoned Kiss (Chandos), St. Matthew Passion (Gabrieli Consort/McCreesh), St John Passion (New College Choir/Higginbottom), Rachmaninov Vespers (EMI/Kings College, Cambridge).
